Description of changes:

The eHealth Exchange (eHx) is moving its help desk ticketing system from Kayako to Salesforce. There will be no change in the Tech support email address Techsupport@sequoiaproject.org. Responses to tickets opened via that email address will now come from Salesforce instead of Kayako.

Please continue to use Techsupport@sequoiaproject.org as you did before for tech issues.

Notes:

All current tickets will be moved to the new system.
All old open tickets will be investigated before closed or transferred to the new system.

Scope:
This change is only effecting the ticketing system behind the email address Techsupport@sequoiaproject.org

Impact:
We do not anticipate any service outages during deployment of these changes.

Support:
eHealth Exchange staff will monitor the Techsupport@sequoiaproject.org email, and both ticketing systems after the maintenance is completed.
