*** IMPORTANT NOTICE:  SERVICE INTERRUPTION ***

Our technology vendor/partner will be performing network maintenance on Sunday 5/29/2022 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time.  The expected duration of the event is up to 4 hours. This is necessary for the installation of firmware code and security patching for key network components.

*** All Hub services will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance event ***

The Hub will not be able to receive, send, or re-send any messages during the duration of the maintenance event.

eHealth Exchange staff will provide updates to Participants during the maintenance via the Hub Dashboard notification feature.  If you do not have access to the Hub Dashboard, please contact servicedesk@hub.ehealthexchange.org.  The Service Desk will identify your organization’s “Authorized Agent” account, who is the person who can provision an additional Dashboard account for your organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REMINDERS:

The eHealth Exchange Hub team has implemented a recurring weekly scheduled maintenance window each Thursday evening at 5:00pm ET for all non-urgent events.  The duration of each maintenance event will be determined by the respective changes for each event, and details will be communicated out to all Participants at least 48 hours prior to the event.  If there are no changes for any given week, then the maintenance event will not occur, and no notice will be sent. Also please note that Operating System and similar updates that do not require a service outage, and do not require changes to the application layer, will be performed during this scheduled maintenance window without specific notice due to their frequent and routine nature.
