On August 19, 2021, the Coordinating Committee approved repealing OPP #13 Safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). A copy of the document is available at https://ehealthexchange.org/policies.
According to DURSA Section 11.03, the OPP Change Process, the revised OPP may only take effect following a thirty (30) day at period where Participants have the opportunity to register any objections to revised OPPs. To that end, please advise by close of business on 9/30/2021 if you have any concerns related to repealing OPP #13 for the eHealth Exchange.
If fewer than 1/3 of eHealth Exchange Participants object, the revisions shall go into effect. If more than 1/3 of eHealth Exchange Participants object, additional steps must be taken before it can be adopted.
