File a new ticket at the eHealth Exchange support website https://ehealthexchange.kayako.com
Kayako allows you to track existing tickets, access the knowledgebase, and access the troubleshooter. Please login with your Kayako account name (typically your email) which was sent to you in Kayako's first email to you.
