Pricing Structure Determined by the following:
Non-profit eHealth Exchange charges participants based upon their varying use of the network since increased network usage increases eHealth Exchange’s costs. eHealth Exchange charges non-federal participants based upon their varying use of the network, where annual Net Patient Revenue, Adjusted Patient Revenue, or Operating Expenses correlate to transaction volume and network usage. Given that these figures are not representative of federal agencies’ organizational complexities or transaction volume, federal agencies’ actual transaction volumes are used to represent federal agencies’ network usage.

Non-Recurring Fees for Technology Conformance Testing
In the event the federal agency participant initially joins eHealth Exchange, or changes the technical gateway or interface engine it uses to exchange data with eHealth Exchange, Technology Conformance testing is required to validate the gateway meets eHealth Exchange requirements.
