IMPORTANT NOTICE
Advance Notice of Scheduled Network Maintenance on Thursday 2/27
In an effort to maintain the highest level of service availability and prepare for continuing volume increases across our Hub infrastructure, our technology vendor is planning a series of upgrades to core network components. Some of these upgrades may introduce brief service interruptions during the maintenance events.
The second of these scheduled maintenance events will be Thursday 2/27/2025 starting at 8:00pm ET. This event is estimated to last 4 hours, and will have brief service interruptions throughout. eHealth Exchange staff will be engaged and monitoring during and after the maintenance event.
The first of these scheduled maintenance events was completed on Sunday 2/16/2025, and the following scheduled maintenance is set for Saturday 3/8/2025.
Please inform operational contacts at your organization so that they can be aware of this scheduled maintenance and related service interruptions.
Advance Notice of Scheduled Network Maintenance on Saturday 3/8
The third of these scheduled maintenance events will be Saturday 3/8/2024. During the event there will an estimated 30-60 minute service interruption. eHealth Exchange staff will be engaged and monitoring during and after the maintenance event.
We will send out an additional notice of this change next week leading up to the scheduled maintenance.

Scope:
This change will be applied to the eHealth Exchange Hub PRODUCTION and VALIDATION environment as outlined above.
Impact:
There will be a series of brief service interruptions during the four-hour event. eHealth Exchange staff will be engaged and monitoring during and after the maintenance event.
Support:
eHealth Exchange staff will monitor administrator@ehealthexchange.org during the upgrade window to address any questions or concerns.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REMINDERS:
The eHealth Exchange Hub team has implemented a recurring weekly scheduled maintenance window each Thursday evening at 5:00pm ET for all non-urgent events. The duration of each maintenance event will be determined by the respective changes for each event, and details will be communicated to all Participants at least 48 hours prior to the event. If there are no changes for any given week, then the maintenance event will not occur, and no notice will be sent. Also please note that Operating System and similar updates that do not require a service outage, and do not require changes to the application layer, will be performed during this scheduled maintenance window without specific notice due to their frequent and routine nature.
