On May 18, 2021, the Coordinating Committee approved the Document Submission Web Services Specification. A copy of the document is available at https://ehealthexchange.org/testing-program/technical-specifications/
According to DURSA Section 10.03, the Performance and Service Specification Change Process, the new Specification may only take effect following a thirty (30) day period where Participants have the opportunity to register any objections to new Specifications. To that end, please advise by close of business on 6/30/2021 if you have any concerns regarding the new Document Submission Web Services Specification being adopted for the eHealth Exchange.
If fewer than 1/3 of eHealth Exchange Participants object, the revisions shall go into effect. If more than 1/3 of eHealth Exchange Participants object, additional steps must be taken before it can be adopted.
