TEFCA Requirements

The eHealth Exchange designated Qualified Health Information Network^™ (QHIN^™) is governed by a QHIN Governance Committee (QGC). The purpose of the QGC is to enhance trust relationships between the eHealth Exchange QHIN participants by fulfilling certain responsibilities described in the eHealth Exchange TEFCA Terms and Conditions.

All TEFCA Obligations approved by this committee are then presented to the participants for a 30-Day Notice and Objection Period before becoming effective.
