Operating Policies and Procedures
The eHealth Exchange network is governed by the Coordinating Committee, which implements the Data Use and Reciprocal Support Agreement (DURSA) with creation and revision of Operating Policies and Procedures (OPPs). All OPPs approved by the Committee are then presented to the Participants for a 30 Day Notice and Objection Period before becoming effective.
