Description of changes:
Expanding the list of public IP addresses for the eHx PRODUCTION Hub – for outbound connections from the Hub to Participants. This is part of the enhancements to the eHealth Exchange environment to increase network capacity and improve performance. Below is the list of additional public IP addresses:

If you have an inbound IP address allowlist then you MUST include all of the IP addresses listed above prior to Thursday 9/28 5:00m ET. Otherwise, the Hub will not be able to connect to your gateway endpoints with the new IP addresses.
If you do not have an inbound IP address allowlist, then this change should not impact the Hub’s ability to connect to your gateway endpoints.
We strongly recommend that you engage with your networking team to review this change and its potential impact on connectivity from the eHealth Exchange.
After the maintenance event a subsequent follow-up communication will be provided once the next step in the series of changes is scheduled. Note that these will be out-of-band maintenance events to avoid artificial weekly delays in between the sequence of events required to complete the overarching effort.
Scope:
These changes will be applied to the eHealth Exchange Hub PRODUCTION environment as outlined above.
Impact:
This change will result in a PRODUCTION outage starting between 5:00pm and 5:30pm ET. This outage is not expected to exceed 15 minutes. Real-time routing of messages through the PRODUCTION Hub will not be available during this outage.

eHealth Exchange staff will monitor administrator@ehealthexchange.org during the upgrade window to address any questions or concerns.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REMINDERS:
The eHealth Exchange Hub team has implemented a recurring weekly scheduled maintenance window each Thursday evening at 5:00pm ET for all non-urgent events. The duration of each maintenance event will be determined by the respective changes for each event, and details will be communicated to all Participants at least 48 hours prior to the event. If there are no changes for any given week, then the maintenance event will not occur, and no notice will be sent. Also please note that Operating System and similar updates that do not require a service outage, and do not require changes to the application layer, will be performed during this scheduled maintenance window without specific notice due to their frequent and routine nature.
