Description of changes:
The Hub Validation environment will be upgraded during the week of 8/2. This will be a rolling upgrade to the application layer on server instances that are in a scale-out configuration, and therefore we do not anticipate any service outage.
Note that the Hub Dashboard may experience periods where the Hub is queueing messages to be sent to the Hub Dashboard and therefore the Dashboard content will be incomplete. Those messages, though, are being queued at the Hub and will be released/propagated over to the Hub Dashboard once the server upgrades are complete.
These changes will be applied to the eHealth Exchange Hub VALIDATION environment as outlined above.
We do not anticipate any service outages during deployment of these changes, other than the Hub Dashboard impacts noted above.
eHealth Exchange staff will monitor email@example.com closely during the upgrade period and respond ASAP to any reports of issues related to the upgrade.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REMINDERS:
The eHealth Exchange Hub team has implemented a recurring weekly scheduled maintenance window each Thursday evening at 9:00pm ET for all non-urgent events. The duration of each maintenance event will be determined by the respective changes for each event, and details will be communicated out to all Participants at least 48 hours prior to the event. If there are no changes for any given week then the maintenance event will not occur and no notice will be sent. Also please note that Operating System and similar updates that do not require a service outage, and do not require changes to the application layer, will be performed during this scheduled maintenance window without specific notice due to their frequent and routine nature.
